Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Heavy or Oversized Items: 10–15 business days
Big-size product: Items over 108" in unilateral length or more than 165" in perimeter.
Heavy product: Items over 66 lbs in net weight.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We ship all products on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to Beautysupply.ca! All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to any replacement products. If you experience any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
🔄 How to Return or Request a Refund/Replacement
- Contact our Beautysupply Customer Service team and provide the reason for the return along with necessary photos or videos.
- Our team will review your request and propose a solution based on our return policy.
- Upon mutual agreement, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not return the product to the sender’s address on the package.
- Return the product (if required). Once received at our warehouse, we’ll issue your refund or send a replacement. Refunds typically take 2–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
